• New Clients: Must complete an interest form, intake form, assessment, and screening call before being approved to begin services.
• Approval Status: New clients will be informed of their acceptance or denial for services.
• Payment: All new individual and group life coaching clients are required to pay for their services upfront unless the client is an agency, which may be permitted to pay at a later date.
• Returning Clients: Returning clients must complete a screening call to determine if we are still a good fit for additional services.
• Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential and private.
• No Refunds: There are no refunds for sessions or for products purchased through our platforms.
• Termination of Services: Services may be terminated by the client or agency with 24 hours' notice.

• No Refunds/Returns: All sales of products purchased through Divine Warrior Life Coaching LLC and its associated entities are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted.

• Ownership: The website and all content are owned by Divine Warrior Life Coaching LLC. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of this site or its content without our prior written consent.
• Product and Service Availability: The company strives to ensure accuracy and availability, but cannot be held responsible for any errors, downtimes, or interruptions.
