Life Coaching Services: 

*New clients must complete interest form, intake form, assessment, and screening call. 

*New clients must be approved to start services. 

*New client will be informed of their status of approval or denial of acceptance of services.

*New individual and group life coaching clients will need to pay for their services upfront, unless it's an agency; at which has been permitted to pay their invoice at a later date. 

*Returning clients will need to complete a screening call, to see if we are still a good fit for additional services.

*All sessions are to remain private and confidential. 

*There are NO REFUNDS to sessions or RETURN of products customers have purchased. 

*Termination of services can be provided by client or agency within 24 hours of notice. 

Products:

* There is NO REFUNDS or RETURNS to products customers have purchased. 

Company:

*Company is not held liable for product or website downtime, or any virus, spyware or product damage. 

*Company will do its best to make sure there are no inaccuracies and errors pertaining to products and services. 

*All customers should remain respectful toward others who choose to share their testimony or who choose to advertise company products or services as a form of their appreciation. 

*Company holds the right to sue anyone who violates copyright protection, illegal activities pertaining to services or products, or any threats, or wrongful character representation pertaining to agency employees, products, or services.

*NO ONE is allowed to conduct negative user behavior, unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions or spam on this site and company associated sites. 

Satisfaction: 

*Company will do its best to return emails and calls within a timely matter. 

*All customers are appreciated and highly valuable.

*Company will accept photos of customers wearing or using merchandize. Customers will need to fill out a permission form if they wish to have their photo placed on website, or social media to show their appreciation.
